Membership Overview

The National Association for Black Veterans, Inc. (NABVETS) in Delaware extends an open invitation for membership to not just Veterans but also the general public. 
Whether you're a Veteran or someone who is deeply passionate about Veteran's welfare, you are welcome to join us.  Please note however, that only eligible Veterans can serve on the Command Council.

Join a nationwide effort to enhance the lifestyles of Veterans, focusing on their diverse needs, including racial background, physical capabilities and unique challenges.

Advocacy

Contribute to causes that affect Veterans directly and indirectly.  This includes PTSD treatment, suicide prevention, sustainably affordable housing, and also initiatives to preserve the memory and contributions of Veterans.

Community Action

Engage actively in peaceful protests, sign and circulate petitions host outreach activities at community fairs, festivals, and participate in committees.

Attend national and regional conferences, present at community and faith-based events, and play an advocacy role on behalf of the organization.
