Delaware Veterans Winter Coat Assistance Program Now accepting coat requests for Veterans Veteran Service Organizations, shelters, and outreach teams may apply on behalf of Veterans. Please submit a coat request, providing lifesaving warmth to Delaware's homeless and at risk Veterans. |
